1. Delivery Timelines

To bring you high-quality wellness designs at competitive prices, our inventory is fulfilled directly from our premium international manufacturing and fulfillment partners (including CJ Dropshipping).

  • Standard Delivery Time: Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your order to arrive at your South African address.

  • Processing Window: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation before being dispatched.

2. Live Tracking Numbers

We believe you should know exactly where your order is at all times.

  • As soon as your package is handed over to our shipping partners, a confirmation email containing a Live Tracking Number will be automatically sent to you.

  • You will be able to track your package's journey from our international facility right up to its arrival at your local delivery address.

3. Local Delivery Door-to-Door

Once your shipment clears local customs in South Africa, it is handed over to a trusted local courier service to complete the final leg of the journey straight to your door. You will not need to collect your package from a post office.

4. Delayed Deliveries

While we do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives on time, occasional international shipping delays (such as customs inspections or flight schedules) may occur. If your package has not arrived within 21 business days, please reach out to our dedicated support team at breatheliteza@gmail.com with your order number, and we will immediately investigate or resolve the issue.
