Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • South Africa: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method. Promotional offers for free shipping may apply from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delays

While we strive to deliver orders promptly, Breathe Lite is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect address is supplied, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to investigate and find a suitable resolution.
